1808, February 1--- This Indenture made between Simeon Travis unto Mathew 
Carter, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $150 
dollars, convey all that tract containing 200 acres on the South side of the 
Great Oconee River, about the Mill, below the hickory bluff including the red 
oak ridge, was originally granted to William Denmark in the year 1792 and given 
by gift to Stephen Denmark dated the 21st day of January 1794.
