Primitive Baptist Church
“Lake Church”

1899, September 13--- This Indenture made between Madison Warren unto D.L.
Kennedy, Hiram Franklin and George R. Trapnell, Officers or Trustees of the
Primitive Baptist Church , all of Bulloch County.  For the love of religion,
peace and prosperity of the Church does give and convey to said Trustees for the
rise of the Church or as the Church may hereafter direct.  So long as they
remain a constituted Primitive Baptist Church at that place.  In the event of a
removal of the Church, then the said, revert back to Madison Warren or his legal
representative, a certain lot on which the Church house known as the Lake Church
in the 45th District GM containing 5 ¾ acres. Together with the privileges as
set forth above.
