1891, March 20--- This Indenture made between Michel Waters  unto  Anson Riggs, 
Morgan Rushing, Willis Akins and A. Brannen, Trustees of the Primitive Baptist 
Church, a congregation of persons who are about to commence the building of a 
new house of worship on land here is conveyed.  Wittnesseth  that the said 
Michel Waters for and in consideration of the sum of $15 dollars doth grant, 
bargain, sell and convey that lot of land containing 4 acres, bounded by Michel 
Waters on the North, East and South and West by
Watering hole Branch.
