1893, July 12--- This Indenture made between W.R. Waters unto Isaack Rutherford 
and Ben Little, Deacons of the Piney Grove Baptist Church situated in the 
1340th District GM.  For and in consideration of the sum of $10 Dollars has 
granted and conveyed all that tract of 1 acre of land for church purposes, 
situated, lying and being in the 1340th District GM of Bulloch County and 
bounded as follows; on the North, South and West by the land of said W.R. 
Waters and on all other sides by said church lands and the consideration of 
this deed is that the 1 acre of land conveyed by this deed is that it is to be 
used only for church purposes or burial grounds for said Baptist Church.
