1890, December 15--- Know all Men by these presents that I, Peter C. Waters for 
and in consideration of $10 Dollars and for love do sell and grant and convey 
unto John W. Rustin, Claudine A. Wilson and Benjamin W. Jones, 2 ½ acres of 
land situate in the 1340 District GM, bounded North by the said peter C. 
Waters, East by Frank P. Lee, South by the Dublin Road, West by Harville 
Academy.  In trust that said premises shall be used, kept, maintained and 
disposed of as a place of divine worship for the use of the ministry and 
membership of the Methodist Episcopal Church South.
