Ogeechee River-fish trap

Georgia		  1860, April 17--- I, William Wright desires to erect a fish 
trap and other contrivances
Bulloch County      for taking fish in the Ogeechee River, to do which is 
necessary that he should have the
		  Use of a portion of the land of Alexander J., Habersham and 
John B. Watts, lying near
Said river in Effingham County, as well as access over the land of the said 
Alexander J., Habersham P. and John B. and land where as the said trap so will 
be of service to both parties to this agreement.  It is consummated  by and 
between the parties, that the said William shall have the right to put up and 
maintain the said trap and contrivances for fishing on the land of the said 
Alexander, Habersham and John in consideration of such permission shall leave 
and right to take as many fish as is necessary and proper for family use at 
least once a week.
