1891, November 4--- This Indenture made between J.C. White unto B.E. Turner, 
G.S. Johnston, J.C. Dutton, T.R. Porter, B.F. Outland, W.A. Hodges and G.S. 
Blackburn, Trustees of the Church of the Methodist Episcopal Church South of 
the Statesboro Charge, all of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the 
sum of $675 Dollars, hath sold and doth grant the following described property 
in the twon of Statesboro and bounded as follows; North by J.T. Mikells, East 
by North Main Street, South by B.E. Turner, West by B.E. Turner containing 75 
feet 3 inches front on North Main Street and running back in a Westerly 
direction 146 feet and 6 inches; the land whereon the Methodist Parsonage now 
stands.
