Road from Buckhalters Ferry to Tillman Ferry

1831, November 25--- This Indenture made between Anson Williams unto Jacob 
Nevills, Sr., both of Bulloch County, for and in consideration of the sum of 
$500 dollars, conveyed land containing 1366 acres (Except 100 acres which 
belongs to Carrel Williams lying on the road leading from Burkhalters Ferry to 
Tillman Ferry which lies near the head of Scotts Creek) situated on Great Lotts 
Creek, 100 acres granted Ezekiel Self, bounded on the East by Lotts Creek, on 
the North by Garratt Williams and 270 acres granted to Elander Phenny and 996 
acres granted  Seth Williams.  Bounded on the South by William B. Williams, on 
the East by land surveyed by Ezekiel Self.
