1877, January 2--- This Indenture made between Jefferson G. Williams, Admr. Of 
rights of William B. Williams(dec.) unto LEM Williams, whereas the Ordinary of 
Bulloch County, in November last, empowered the said Jefferson G. Williams as 
Admr. To sell all the real estate of the said William B. Williams (dec.).  All 
that tract of land lying on Ten Mile Creek containing 341 acres, bounded by 
Bowen, John Holland, except that the water privilege belonging to the Mill 
formerly owned by the said William B. Williams (dec.) is hereby reserved to the 
owners of said mill.
