1877, January 2--- This Indenture made between Jefferson G. Williams, 
Administrator of William B. Williams (dec.) unto William W. Dikee and Charlton 
Green at public sale for the sum of $720 dollars, granted and sold all that 
parcel of land containing 456 acres, bounded by the Estate of Silas Bowen, J.B. 
Bowen and the 10 Mile Creek, together with ½ interest in the Mill on said 10 
Mile Creek, provided the water privilege is always reserved to the owner or 
owners of said mill as belonging to said mill.
