Williams of the City of Chatham County Savannah and Outland of Screven County , J.W. Brannan of Bulloch County, copartners doing business under the firm name of Outland & Brannan & Co. unto O.E. Groover and J.H. Brannan of Bulloch County, firm name of Brannan & Groover. For and in consideration of the sum of $11,088.27 collars, bargain & sell one turpentine still & fixtures, buildings opposite Station 3 ½ on the Georgia Central Railroad, one flat & fixture and the lease to the ferry across the Ogeechee River. Also all naval stores manufactured at said still. Also all the crude turpentine in the woods. Also all the leases of timber for turpentine privileges on land of the following parties; A.J. Wilson, M.B. Wilson, W.J. Wilson, Abram & A.J. Mincey, Sandy & Jefferson Knight, Henry & Holcomb Warnock, W.D. Brannan and __. Sheffield, and also 298 acres lying in the 47th GM District of Bulloch County. Witnesses: s/ J.R. Williams J.W.
