Kerby Spring Branch-DeLoach Mill

1884, August 11--- This Indenture made between P.W. Williams unto Glen A. 
Harvey, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $ 1200 
dollars, assign a certain parcel of land, known as the DeLoach Mill on Kerby 
Spring Branch and bounded on the North by C.C. Worley, East by the said P.W. 
Williams and on the South by P.W. Williams said line to follow the South edge 
of the Kerby Branch, from the head of said Branch to and below the Mill, 
containing 183 acres together with the said Grist Mill with all the water 
privileges and fixtures to the said Mill.
