10 Mile Creek-saw & Grist Mill

1878, December 7--- This Indenture made between L.E.M. Williams unto Benjamin 
Atwood, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $600 
dollars, sold & conveyed and doth sell all that parcel of land lying in the 
45th GM District adjoining Silas E. Bowen, John B. Bowen and Benjamin Atwood on 
the West, John Holland on the North, by 10 Mile Creek on the East, consisting 
of two tracts, one of 51 acres conveyed to L.E.M. Williams by W.B. Williams and 
one other tract of 341 acres conveyed to said L.E.M. Williams by J._. Williams, 
Admr‘. Of said W.B. Williams with ½ interest in saw & Grist Mill on said land 
and water privileges.
