Williams unto Quincy Williams, both of Bulloch County, whereas they are tenants in common in fee simple of one tract of land containing 2002 acres, known as the Benjamin Ellis land, bounded on the North by J. Ellis & George Trapnell, East by 15 Mile Creek, South by Canoochee River, they having agreed to make partition of the said land. That the said R.H.J. Williams all that part of land containing 1500 acres being on the West side thereof The Mill, together with the Mill and water privilege thereof the Mill Branch on the North, South by the Canoochee River, West by M. Dixon & A. J. Bird. The said Quincy Williams, she shall have from the Mill Branch, East so far as the line extends, containing 700 acres, bounded North by J. Ellis, South by Canoochee River, West by R.N.J. Williams or Mill Branch. Witnesses: s/ R.N.J.
