1892, June 9 --- This Indenture made between W.H. Williams unto W.W. Olliff, 
both of Bulloch County.  That the party of the first part as will for the 
better securing to the party of the second part the faithful payment of the 
debt which the said W.H. Williams justly owes to the party of the 2nd part, in 
consideration of the sum of $1 Dollar, does grant & convey all that tract of 
land lying  in Bulloch County and in the 45th GM District, bounded on the North 
by lands of J.M. Olliff, East by C.C. Simmons, South by B.A. Doughtry, West by 
W.B. Byrd, containing 300 acres, also ½ interest in water mill known as the 
Byrd - Doughtry on Great Lotts Creek together with ½ interest in 2 sea island 
gins and 1 saw gin, 1 circular saw, 1 grist mill and all running gears and
