1892, November 2 --- Know all Men by these presents: That I stand indebted to 
B. Cobb of Bulloch County by my 2 certain promissory notes in the sum of $56.25 
Dollars each and for and in consideration of said debt and for better securing 
the payment and for the further sum of $5 Dollars to me paid by said B. Cobb, 
do grant unto said B. Cobb and assigns a certain tract of land lying in the 
45th Dist. GM of Bulloch County and bounded as follows; North by lands of Lum 
Simmons, East by Lum Simmons, South by Joe Griffin and Berry Doughtry, West by 
J.M. Olliff containing 300 acres.  Also ½ interest in the mills, both saw and 
grist, gins, together with appurtenances .
