1881, March 8--- This Indenture  made between A.J. Wilson unto John E. Groover, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1700 dollars, 
assigns a lot of land lying in the 1209th GMD, Bulloch County containing 250 
acres bounded North by William Hodges, East by the Estate of Benjamin Ellis, 
South by M.W. Cowart and D.L. Rigdon and on the West by John E. Croover with a 
½ interest in a 
Water Mill -Gins-gearing and all the appurtenances .
