1885, August 26--- Know all men by these presents, that I, Andrew J Wilson of 
Bulloch County  am
bound to William H. Roberts, Benjamin F. Hagan and James R. Slaton all of 
Richmond County and for the assigns in the sum of $3000 dollars, a tract of 
land known as the Rigdon Mill tract containing 400 acres, bounded North by J.J. 
Womack, East by John Abstance, South by Mill Creek to high water mark, to raise
The heigth that they may want to raise for the purpose of running new mill 
machinery  and West by J.J. Womack.  Also the mill, all fixtures and 
appurtenances thereon now located on said described tract of land.  Paid $500 
dollars with each promissory note due Jan. 1st of the years 1886,1887, 1888 to 
draw interest of 8%.
