Ogeechee River-McGroan landing

1894, August 14--- This Indenture made between Jasper Wilson unto James K. 
Brannan, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $10 
Dollars does grant, sell and convey all the following described property, to-
wit: 10 acres lying and being in the 48th District Georgia Militia of Bulloch 
County, all that tract of land surrounded by the Main River and the Old River 
commencing where the Ogeechee River divides and making two _______ , one known 
as the Main River which runs on the North side of said tract of land and the 
other known as the Old River which runs on the South side of said tract of land 
including all the land between the two above named streams from where the 
Ogeechee River divides to where the said two streams intersect at or near the 
place known as the McGroan landing, said tract lies on the opposite side of 
Main River from place known as ________ Old Boon.
