McGroan, William T. Robinson and James K. Brannen of Bulloch County, Trustees and their successors, a certain piece of land situated in the 48th Georgia Militia District and bounded as follows; South by the Louisville Road and East, North and West by the lands of Jasper Wilson, containing 1 acre which lies about 100 yards East of the Wilson graveyard so that a house may and shall be enacted thereon for the purpose of having literary schools, singing schools and preaching purposes and for no other purposes whatever, and if it is evidenced that the house when finished on above named 1acre is being used for other purposes than the above named, the said house and 1 acre shall revert back to the property of Jasper Wilson, the house to be known as Wilsonville.
