1873, February 23--- This Indenture made between Luke P. Woods unto Melvina 
Clark, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $264 
dollars, convey all that tract or parcel of land containing 132 acres with the 
exception of ¼ of an acre where the graveyard  is bounded as follows; NW by 
lands of James J. Woods, NE & SE by Lotts Creek.
