Bulloch County	We, William Wright and David Wright do hereby bargain, sell & 
convey unto Sheppard 
		Williams and assigns all our right to a certain tract of land 
containing 210 acres
(2 acres excepted), bounded on the South by Days, on the North by Killingworth 
and others and lying on the North side of Euchee Creek in the County of 
Columbia.  For the sum of $800 dollars.

     Elizabeth Kennedy						s/ William

     Ely Kennedy
