Wright - Plat-Lot No. 1

Whereas--James W., William W., John B., Newnan, M. and Hoyt H. Wright, Sarah 
Tabitha Brown and Ann Eliz. Grimes are tenant in common of a tract of land in 
Bulloch County, containing 1100 acres, bounded by Anna Groover and Remer H. 
Cone on the North, on the East by John Grimes, on the South by Jesse Martin and 
John C. Davis Estate on the West on which the late John W. Wright lived at the 
time of his death, where the tenants have divided the same into 7 equal parts.

1886, February 3--- Now therefore, this Indenture made between Sarah T. Brown , 
James W. Wright, William W. Wright, Ann Elizabeth Grimes, John B. Wright, and 
Hoyt H. Wright unto Newnan W. Wright.  For and in consideration of  the 
promises and provisions of partition and the sum of $5 dollars.  Pkat made 
September 21, 1885 by W.H. Cone, Surveyor and whereas Lot No. 1 has fallen to 
Newnan W. Wright, containing 161 acres.		With Plat of Lot No. 1
