Whereas - James W., William W., John B., Newnan, M. and Hoyt H. Wright, Sarah 
Tabitha Brown and Ann Eliz. Grimes are tenants in common of a tract of land in 
Bulloch County containing 1100 acres, bounded by Anna Groover and Remer H. Cone 
on the North, on the East by John Grimes, on the South by Jesse Martin and John 
C. Davis Estate on the West on which the late John W. Wright lived at the time 
of his death, where the tenants have divided the same into 7 equal parts.

1886, February 3--- This Indenture made between the said Sarah T. Brown, James 
W. Wright, Ann Eliz. Grimes, John B. Wright, Newnan M. Wright and Hoyt H. 
Wright unto William W. Wright, for and in consideration of the promises and for 
the purpose of partition and the sum of $5 dollars, do grant, bargain, sell & 
confirm unto the said William W. Wright (the plat that is a part of this deed 
stands recorded in Book I page 394, Jan. 27, 1887)

acres being in two separate lots, the one being  the home tract and the other 
of 8 acres lying between lots No. 4 & 5 of said lots surveyed this Sept. 21st
