1886, February 3--- This Indenture made between Newnan M. Wright unto James W. 
Wright, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $325 
dollars, hath granted,  bargained, sold and conveyed  all that tract or lot of 
land in Bulloch County known as Lot No. 1 of the Estate of John M. Wright, 
bounded by Lot No. 1, the lands of John Grimes, W.H. Cone and U.M. Davis, 
containing 161 acres.
