John W. Wright property

Whereas--- John W. Wright, (dec) late of Bulloch County, by the 2nd Item of his 
Last Will and testament, have bequeathed to Sarah M. Wright, his Widow, a tract 
of land for the purpose of raising his family of children for and during her 
lifetime an then after her death, to be divided among the said children.  The 
children now being settled and whereas Sarah M. Wright is unable to keeping the 
plantation.

1886, February 3--- Now therefore this Indenture made between Sarah M. Wright 
unto Sarah Tabitha  Brown, James W. Wright, William W. Wright, Ann Eliz. 
Grimes, John B. Wright, Newnan W. Wright and Hoyt H. Wright, for and in 
consideration of $5 dollars and the natural love and affection release, convey 
and confirm all that certain parcel of land on which the said John B. Wright 
resided at the time of his death in the 47th district G.M., bounded North by 
Anna Groover & Remer H. Cone, on the East by Anna Groover, South by John Grimes 
and West by Jesse Martin and the Estate of John C. Davis, containing 1100 acres.
