1888, January 9--- This Indenture made between W.W. Wright unto J.M. Martin, 
J.W. Wright, R.H. Cone,
J.B. Cone and I Simmons, Trustees of the Ivenhoe(sp) Academy, all of Bulloch 
County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1 dollar hath granted and sold 
to said Trustees, a certain tract or parcel of land lying in the 47th District 
GM of said County near the P.O. of Ivenhoe containing 1 acres bounded by the 
said W.W. Wright, Anna S. Groover and others and the acre being conveyed to the 
said Trustees for the purpose of erecting thereon a suitable house for 
educational purposes.
