Harry Thigpen

Statesboro- Harry Thigpen, 44, of Register died at the Bulloch county hospital 
after and extended illness.

Born in Emanuel County, he had lived in Register for the last 16 years. He was 
a member of the Register Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife Mrs. Harry (Lois) Thigpen of Register: four sons Gary 
Thigpen of the U.S. Army- Ft. Bliss, Tx.  and Dilton, Steve and Craig Thigpen, 
all of Register, a daughter, Miss Susan Thigpen of Register: two sisters, Mrs. 
Mildred Whetherford of Twin City and Mrs. Helen Pierce of Macon: two brothers, 
Randolph Thigpen of Savannah and Gene Thigpen of Atlanta: his mother,Mrs.  
Arizona Quinney of Swainsboro and three grand children. Burial will be in 
Bulloch Memorial Gardens, near Statesboro.
