Settlement of Hezekiah Parish Estate 10 Jan 1860 Bulloch Co., GA Hezekiah Parish estate Bulloch Co. Ga. 1860 p. 94 Whereas on the - day - in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred forty Hezekiah Parrish of this county made and executed his will in due and proper form, Thereby disposing of his whole Estate both real and personal property and whereas said Hezakiah Parrish on the 17th day December Eighteen hundred fifty five entered into marriage with Rachael Daughtry in due form of Law and neither by said will or any codicil thereto made any provision whatsoever for his wife, and whereas the said Hezakiah Parish departed this life. Therefore it is ordered considered and adjudged that said Will be cancelled revoked and set aside, And it is further ordered and declared that said Hezakial Parrish died intestate without Will and that his estate be distributed under the Laws of this state Regulating the distribution of Intestates estate. It appearing to the court that Hezekiah Parrish departed this life leaving Rachael Parrish a widow and that administrator has been granted, It is therefore ordered that John Dekle, Jamers Scarborough Wood Kuctt or Luett , Joseph Oliff and Moses Warren by appointed fine discreet appraisers to assess the sums necessary for the support of his widow Rachael Parish for the Space of Twelve Months, in accordance with Statute in such cases made and provided. p. 95 Ezekiel D. or I Parrish Propounder of the last will and testament of Hezikiah Parrish decd. vs. Rachel Daughtry Caviator - judgement for the caveator. The propounder being dissatisfied with the judgement orderers of the ordinary in the above cause and having paid all costs and demanded as apprve brings Henry J. or I Parrish , Hezekiah I or J. Parrish and Augustus M Cowort? Cowans? then as security and they the siad securities jointly and severally bound unto Rachel Doughtry caveator for the mutual consideration money and all cost which may accrue in said case.
