Mary Adams, widow, St. George Parish, to Joseph Howell, same parish; 100a in St.
George Parish bounded Northwest & Northeast by Briar Creek, all other sides
vacant when surveyed; lately purchased by Mary Adams from John Thomas, who
purchased it from Lewis Bynum, deceased, to whom it was granted on 5 Sep 1758.

Witnesses: Landsman Asbury, John Bryan, Ann Asbury.
