No. 5

By the court of Justices for the County of Burke to Chrisr. KILLBEE County 
Surveyor. You are hereby Authorized & required to admeasure and lay out or 
cause to be admeasured & laid out, unto Insel SPENCE a Tract of Land which 
shall contain fifty acres in the said county of Burke Adjoining on the west & 
south side of his own land, & Joseph FLOYD, & Isaac WIMBERLY Esqrs. In lieu of 
an Old Warrant heretofor granted him. Take especial care that the same land not 
heretofore been laid out to any other person or persons and you are also 
required to record a plat of the same in your office, and transm—a copy thereof 
together with this Warrant to the Surveyor General within the term of two years 
from this date.
Attest: Given under out hands as Justices of said County this 7th day of 
September 1807.
