D. 1910 between I Delilah Rance of the Florence State of South Carolina but new temporarily of the County of Burke State of Georgia, and Lula Thompson of the County of Richmond State of Georgia but now temporarily of said County of Burke, and Tracy McCullough, Virginia Moore, Williams McCullough, J. H. Lane, Henry Lane, Jr and Beatrice Williams, all of said County of Burke, parties of the first part and Jonas McCullough of said County of Burke, party of the second part; Witnesseth; That whereas Adam McCullough, now deceased, die, on the 23rd day of June 1905, after reserving unto himself a life estate, convey by deed to Mahala Baker, Delilah Rance,Henrietta Lane, Jonas McCullough, Tracy McCullough, Lula McCu1lough (now Thompson), Virginia Moore and Willie McCullough share and share alike, certain lands lying, situated and being in said County of Burke and in the 60 and 62nd.District G. M. which deed appears of record in the Clerk’s office of Burke Superior Court, and to which reference is made for a particular description thereof; And where as Mahala Bakr has since departed this life intestate leaving as her only heir law the said Delilah Rance and the said Jonas McCullough, whereby they are now entitled, to one share and a half share each in the lands so conveyed; And where as Henrietta Lane has since departed this life intestate leaving as her only heirs at law, her children the said J. L. Lane, Beatrice Williams and Henry Lane, Jr who together are now entitles to the share of said Henrietta Lane deceased: And whereas the parties aforesaid as tenants in common have agree upon a division of said lands among themselves and have awarded the portion hereinafter described unto the said Jonas McCullough as the share and the half to which he is entitled as aforesaid in the land covered by said deed. Now therefore in pursuance of said division, the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of. the sum of Five Dollars cash to them in hand paid, the receipt thereof being hereby acknowledged, and in further consideration of lans awarded to them on said consent division to which they have received contemporaneously herewith Quit Claim deeds -- have bargained sold conveyed and Quit Claimed, and do hereby bargain, sell, convey and forever Quit Claim unto the said Jonas McCullough, al1 right, title, interest, claim or demand which the said parties of the first part have or may have, had in and to all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Burke State of Georgia, known as parcel Number---- on said consent division, containing 180 acres, more or less, and bounded on the North by lands of P.L. Corker, on the East by Beaver Dam Creek, on the West by lands of J. A. Lester and on the South by Share of Willie McCullough and Virginia Moore. A plat thereof made by J. J. Chandler, County Surveyor being hereon to attached. Together with all the rights, members and appurtenances to said parcel of land in anywise appertaining or belonging. To have and to hold the said parcel of land to the said Jonas McCullough, so that neither the said parties of the first part, nor their heirs nor any other person or persons claiming under them, shall at any time, by any ways or means, have, claim or demand, any right or title to the aforesaid parcel of land or It’s appurtenances.
