Augusta Chronicle And Gazette November 29, 1823
Administrator's Sale.
Agreeable to an order of the honorable, the Inferior Court of Burke county,
while sitting for Ordinary purposes, will be sold on the first Tuesday in
February next at the Court House, in Waynesborough, two hundred two and a half
acres of land, in the county of Wilkinson, known by the number one hundred and
fifty eight in the 3d district: also, 101 1/4 acres of land, in the county of
Putnam, it being on half of a tract, known by the number (442) four hundred and
forth two, in the second district formerly Baldwin, now Putnam.  The above land,
being part of the real estate of Emery Lassiter , late of Burke County,
deceased, and sold for the benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.
