Augusta Chronicle And Gazette February 1, 1823
Jacksonboro, GA, Nine months after date application will be made to the
honorable the Inferior Court of Burke County, while sitting for ordinary
purposes, for leave to sell two hundred two and a half acres of land in the
county of Wilkinson, also one hundred one and a quarter acres in the county of
Putnam, being the undivided real estate of Emery Lassiter, deceased for the
benefit of the heirs and creditors of said deceased.
