Augusta Chronicle March 1, 1794
~~S~H E R I F F ' s SALES.

On the first Tuesday in April next, at the Court-House in Burke county, WILL BE 
SOLD, A TRACT of Land containing 355 acres, next or joining the old town, on 
Ogechee river. Also 1150 acres, joining James Howard's land: seized .as the 
property of Patrick Carr.

likewise, 3170 acres of pine land, including the improvements, and saw-mills 
whereon Francis Paris now resides and'ten negroes; seized under execution as 
the property of said Paris.

Also a negroe fellow, named Will with his wife and child.-seized as the 
property of Hezekiah Wade.

Former sales not. complied with. Terms CASH
