Mrs. WIllie Kirby

   Augusta, GA - Mrs. Willie Alice Tobias McGee Kirby, 
age 69, formerly of Olanta. S.C., died on April 19, 
2001, in St. Joseph Hospital of Augusta.
   Graveside funeral services will be held at 3 p. m. 
Sunday, April 22, 2001, at the Bethany Free Will Baptist 
Church Cemetery, directed by Floyd Funeral Home of Olanta.
   Visitation will be held 7 to 9 p. m. Saturday evening 
at the funeral home.
   Other times, the family will receive friends at the 
home of Miriam McGee Floyd, 1932 East Effingham Highway, 
Effingham, S. C.
   Born in Sardis, Ga., she was a daughter of the late 
William Calhoun Tobias and Manie Perry Tobias. She was 
educated in the Florence County School System, was a retired 
Home Health Care Nurse and a member of Bethany Free Will 
Baptist Church.
   She was preceded in death by three sons, L. C. McGee. Jr., 
Steven McGee and Phillip McGee.
   Surviving are two daughters, Miriam (Frankie) McGee Floyd, 
of Effingham and Frankie Ann Johnson, Aiken, S. C.; one sister, 
Mrs Barbara Jean Gardner of Florence; ond brother, Mr. Roy 
Mitchell Tobias of Baimbridge, Ga.; 11 grandchildren and 10 
great-grandchildern.
 
   


Additional Comments:
She was preceded in death by brothers, James Belton "Slick" Tobias and 
Franklin Calhoun Tobias; by sisters, Minnie Eva Tobias and Manie Christine 
Tobias Mobley.
