Burke Co., Marriage Book 1, 1855-1869
State of Georgia Burke County.
You are hereby authorised and permitted to join in the Honorable State of
Matrimony, Thomas H. Lasseter and Patrence T. Tabb, according to the Rites of
your Church, provided there be no lawful cause to obstruct the same, according
to the Constitution and Laws of the State, and for so doing this shall be your
sufficient License.
Given under my hand and Seal this twenty fourth day of January 1856
Edward Garlick Ordinary.
I hereby certify, that Thomas H. Lasseter and Patience T. Tabb, were joined
together in the Hold Bans of Matrimony, on the 24 day of January 1856, by Me.
