Butts Court of Ordinary June Term 1863.  Whereas Lodusky Maddox has made 
application for letter of Administration on the Estate of Spencer Maddox Late 
of Said County Deceased And whereas the Citation has been published according 
to law in the American Union @ paper published at Griffin Geo calling upon all 
persons intrusted to show cause if any they had why said letters should not be 
granted and no objection being made of file in this Office.
	It is therefore Ordered by the court that Lodusky Maddox  be and she 
is hereby appointed the Administratrix on the Estate of said Spencer Maddox 
deceased by her giving bond in the same Twenty five hundred dollars for the 
faithful performance of her duties and that James R. McCord be and is hereby 
appointed as her to be ______ and that letters do issue accordingly.
