I, Peter Wynne of Georgia and Parish of St Georges, planter, being of perfect mind and memory make this my last will and testament. First I desire to be decently buried, Second I desire all my debts be justly paid. The residue of my estate good chatels, stock Negros and money or whatsoever to me appertaineth at the time of my departure I give in manner and form following: First I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Wynne my tracts of land I now live on also my best featherbed and riding horse and the crop of corn that is now on my plantation. Also my Negro man named Toney. Also to my daughter Mary Whitehead I give five pounds sterling worth of cattle. The residue of my estate I desire may be equally divided between my son Peter Wynne and my son Thomas Wynne and my daughter Patty Breazeal and I do appoint my son Peter Wynne and my son-in-law Elijah Breazeal the hole and sole executors of this my last will and testament and I do hereby utterly revoke, disallow and disannul all former bequests, wills and legacies by me heretofore in any while left or made. Declaring, ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament in ___ whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of December one thousand and seven hundred and seventy.
