D. Curry Administrator of Henry Barnes late of Butts County, deceased, read and considered: Ordered that Margarett Barnes, Joseph L. Barnes, John W. Barnes, Lucy Leverett, Lizzie Smith, Curry Pullum, Emma Brooks, and Martha Barns(no “e” in this name), Sam H. Godsey, William Mays and Mrs. Minnie Plunket, J. H. Holifield and T. J. Holifield, W. D. Curry Administrator of James M. Barnes, M. J. Barnes, M. O. Curry, G. Barnes, Mrs. Carry Crane, Mrs. Emma McMichael, F. K. Barnes, C. O. Barnes, L. E. Yancey, Lucy M. Barnes and H. B. Barnes, heirs at law of Henry Barnes, deceased, be and appear at the regular term of the Court of Ordinary of said County on the first Monday in January, 1897, then and there to submit to a settlement of the account of W.. D. Curry, Administrator of the estate of Henry Barnes deceased. It is further ordered that all of the above named parties be served personally with a copy of this order, and it operate as the citation required when served ten days before Jan. term of said Court of Ordinary. Further ordered that a copy of this order be served thirty days before the next term of this Court by publication on Emily Barnes, J. M. Barnes, Mary Adams, Robert Barnes, Fannie Barnes, Andrew Barnes, and other heirs of John H. Barnes, Lucy Duke and Robert Mayo also heirs at law of Henry Barnes deceased, who reside without the limits of this State, so that they may show cause, if any they can, why this Court should not order a settlement of the account of said W.
