STATE OF GEORGIA
County of Butts

This indenture made this seventh day of May in the year eighteen hundred and
sixty seven between Samuel Collins Sr. of said State and County of the one part
and Luvisa Collins beloved wife of the said Samuel Collins of the same place of
the other part.  Witnesseth that the said Samuel Collins for and in
consideration of the sum of five dollars cash in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged and for and in consideration of the natural love and
affections which he bears to his said wife hath given granted and conveyed and
doth by these presents give grant and convey to the said Luvisa Collins her
heirs and assigns sundry articles consisting of one bedstead, bed and furniture,
four extra quilts, one blanket and counter pane, one clock, one side board &
cover, one cupboard, dining table and trunk, nine chairs, one small table and
loom.  To have and to hold said articles to her said Luvisa Collins her heirs
and assigns together with all and singular the rights in any manner belonging to
her and their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever in fee simple.  In
witness whereof the said Samuel Collins hath hereunto set his hand and affixed
his seal the day and year above written
