Georgia – Butts County I do hereby certify that Parham Lindsey, Richard Barlow and William J. Head was duly qualified by me as appraisers of the estate of Abner Bankston, decd this June 28th 1844. One note of hand on Daniel Earp dated March 26,1844 and due one day after date for Eighty two dollars & fifty cents. Three notes on Eli Parks dated the 15th February 1842 and due the 25th December thereafter, for thirty dollars each. One note of hand on A. B. Payne & Abner Bankston payable to J. R. Dicken, dated the 16th August 1842 & due the 25th Dec. thereafter for twenty four dollars. One note on hand on Philip L Bods/Buds(?) & leopeleton(?) C. Hodges dated Oct.16th 1840 & due on day after date for one hundred and forty dollars. One note of hand on James S. Morris, dated 20th Feby 1842 and due 25th day of Dec. thereafter for twenty seven dollars with a credit on the same of two dollars without date. One note of hand on Elisha L.(?) Preston dated June 2nd 1842 and due 25th Dec. thereafter for eight bushes corn. Four notes of hand on James Baly dated 16th Dec 1841 and due 25th Dec 1842 amounting to one hundred and sixteen dollars. Three notes of hand on Stephen Baley & James Baley dated 16th Dec. 1841 and due 25th Dec 1842 for eighty one dollars and eighty eight cents, with a credit of seventeen dollars dated 17th January 1843. One due bill on Jordan Morris dated 3rd Jany 1843 for four dollars. One note of hand on Thomas J. Stone & Thomas Stone dated 12th June 1843 & due one day after date, for ten dollars, with a credit of five dollars dated Dec. 1st 1843. One note of hand on R. H. Wood, dated 20th Dec. 1841 & due one day after date for ten dollars.
