GEORGIA – Butts County

This indenture made this the 27th twenty seventy day of Oct. in the year of our 
Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and sixty nine between Alfred L. Bankston of 
the one part and William E. Pullin of Henry County of the other part.  
Witnesseth that the said Alfred L. Bankston for and in consideration of Twelve 
Hundred Dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these 
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge hath granted bargained sold 
and conveyed unto said William E. Pullin his heirs and assigns all that parcel 
or tract of land. One half of lot of land in the first district of originally 
Henry now butts County known by the number of half lot of One Hundred and 
Seventy Five containing One Hundred One and fourth acres.  With all the rights 
appurtenances thereon belonging to have and to hold the said described parcel 
of land with the said William E. Pullin his heirs and assigns administration or 
executors to his or their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee 
simple against the claims or claims of any and all persons or persons whereof 
Alfred L. Bankston have this day set my hand and affixed my seal this 27th day 
of October eighteen Hundred and sixty nine.
