State of Georgia
No. 20

By the Court of Justice of the County of Burke 
To Tho. Lewis Esq. County Surveyor
for the said County.
You are hereby Authorized and required to Admeasure and lay out, 
or cause to be Admeasured and laid out
unto John Laseter a Tract of Land which shall
contain Two Hundred Acres (being part of Four __
Hundred Acres which was granted him) in the said County
of Burke Lying on Fitses Branch Adjoining land of 
Susannah Thomas
taking especial care that the same has not herefore
been laid out to any other Person or Persons, and you
are hereby also directed and required to Record the Map
of the same in your Office and transmit a copy
thereof together with this Warrant to the Surveyor General
within the term of Three Months from this Date
Given under my Hand as Senior Justice of the said
County, this 4 th day of May 1784
