GEORGIA
Butts County

This indenture made this 27th day of August in the year of our Lord Eighteen
Hundred and Sixty Eight between Samuel Collins Senior of the one part.  Alford
Bankston as (Trustee for my minor son Robert J. R. Collins of the other part,
both of the County and State aforesaid.  Witnesseth that for and in
consideration of the natural son and affection which I the Samuel Collins Sr.
have for my said son Robert J. R. Collins and for the purpose of supporting and
educating him during his minority do by these presents give, grant and convey
unto the said Alford Bankston, trustee as aforesaid and for the purpose
aforesaid.  The following _________parcels of land to wit:  the North East half
of Lot of land number sixty one in the second district of originally Henry, now
Butts County.  Containing 100 acres, more or less.  Sixty acres more or less off
of the north half of Lot of land number sixty two of said district and seventy
acres more or less of the south half of lot of land number sixty-eight (68) in
said district making in the aggregate, two hundred and thirty acres, more or
less. To have and to hold the said parcels of land unto him the said Alford
Bankston, Trustee as aforesaid (for the purposes aforesaid) forever in fee simple.

In witnesses whereof I hereto set my hand and seal day and date above written

GEORGIA

It is hereby consented and agreed by and between Samuel Collins Sr. and Alford
Bankston, Trustee for Robert J. R. Collins, minor child of the said Samuel
Collins Sr. that in the event of the death of the said Robert J. R. Collins
before he arrives of age,, or having no child or children thereof, and in the
event the lands described in the forgoing deed are to revert back and become a
part of my estate.
