School house

1833, October 11— This Indenture made between James Harkness to Alfred Bankston.
For and in consideration of the sum of $225 dollars, conveyed the undivided half
Of lot 77 in the 1st district of originally Henry now Butts County containing 
101
Acres, there being a school house on said tract, V* of an acre reserved for said
school house so long as said house stands and then to go to Bankston, his heirs,
Said tract being the east half.
