1833, August 2—This Indenture made between William Nolen of Newton County to

Gustavus Kendrick of Butts County. Foe, and in consideration of the sum of $300
dollars, conveyed all that tract lying in Butts, being that part of lot 229 of 
the 1st
district of Henry County when drawn and lying on the north side of Tussahaw
including the said grist to __ of the Southern bank for the purpose of deeding 
to
the said Kendrick, the privilege of keeping up the mill dam as it now stands,
containing 60 acres.
