John Pollock of Scriven Cty., GA, sold to WIlliam Oliver, Esq., of same Cty. 
and state, for $400.00 a tract of land 200 acres lying and being on ?Ricky? 
River in Scriven Cty, which was granted to John Pint June 2, 1788, who sold it 
to John Pollock, Esq., bounded by Darcas Pickren and owned by Sivility Morris; 
all other sides vacant at time of survey.
