Between Jane B. Tyson of one part and Alfred Bankston of the other part both of the County and State aforesaid. Witnesseth that the said Jane B. Tyson for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars to her in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt wherereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and doth by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Alfred Bankston his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the second district of originally Henry now Butts County. The county line running through the same know(? )and distinguishes in the plain(?) of said district by lot number one hundred and twenty nine containing two hundred two and a half acres more or less to have and to hold thee aforesaid parcel of land with all and singular the rights members and appurtenance thereto beginning for his and their own assign use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple. And the said Jane B. Tyson for herself her heirs and assigns the said bargained tract or parcel of land shall and will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof to the said Alfred Bankston from the claims of herself and from the claims of all and every other person or persons whatever. In witness whereof the said Jane P. Tylson hath hereunto set her hand and affix ed her seal this day and year first above written. Jane B.
