1828, July 9—This Indenture made between Jerimiah S. Walker, Jasper County to
Francis Ward, Putnam County. For and in consideration of the sum of $600, said
Jeremiah S. Walker conveyed to said Francis Ward, a certain tract of land 
containing 107
acres, being part of Fraction 21 [note correction] in the 14 district of Monroe 
County
when surveyed, now Butts County. Being all of said fraction Except about 3 
acres taken
near Adams Ferry on the Ocmulgee. The grant by the Governor, the 8th day of 
July 1828.

[ It may have been a mistake in lot number. It should have been lot 121 rather
than 21. When plated, surveyed & granted to Jeremiah S. Walker, lot 121/14th 
District
had 110 acres and noted the grant date of July 8,1828 with a notation on the 
plat of
"Mclntosh Federal Road & Ferry"]
